Our Code of Ethics

Paciorek Electric employees adhere to a strict Code of Ethics, including:

  • We will make every attempt to return your phone call within 24 hours.
  • When we make an appointment with you, we are committed to being on time. At Paciorek Electric, Inc. we respect and value your time and will do our best to prove this to you! If an emergency job causes us to run late, we will call to give you an update. We typically make our appointments with a half-hour to one-hour buffer each way.
  • Our electricians will work in a neat and professional manner.
  • Our electricians will wear appropriate clothing and footwear, including Paciorek company shirts.
  • We do not allow our electricians to use profanity on job sites.
  • Our electricians do not smoke in buildings where they are working.
  • Our electricians will cooperate with customers and any other contractors on the job site.
  • Electricians will maintain a professional, positive, and friendly attitude throughout the job.
  • We respect your living space. If you are at the job-site, our electricians will ask if they may listen to a radio and will check to make sure the station is not offensive or too loud.
  • We will do our best to protect your flooring. Electricians have to wear rubber soled shoes for safety when working with electricity. We will lay down drop cloths if needed and use shoe covers (booties) if your flooring is finished.
  • We will never shut off your power without notifying you to give you time to properly shut-down your computers, etc.
