Our Code of Ethics:
- Your phone calls will be returned within 24hrs.
- If an appointment is made with you with an exact time, we will do everything in our power to be on time. Obviously, in our trade, emergencies arise all the time that we need to respond to. If this happens, traffic problems, or just simply running late, you will receive a phone call giving you an update. Generally, appointments are made with a 1/2hr-1hr buffer each way. It is usually more difficult to estimate arrival times for mid day jobs because of previous jobs in the day. We at Paciorek Electric, Inc respect and value your time and will do our best to prove this to you!
- Electrician will work in a neat and workman like manner. This will include cleaning up when the job is done, unless instructed otherwise.
- Our electricians will be wearing appropriate clothing and footwear including company shirts (Some exceptions due to weather, etc)
- Profanity is prohibited on job sites.
- Smoking in a building we’re working on is prohibited.
- Electrician must cooperate with customers and any other contractors on the job site.
- Electrician shall, at all times, maintain a professional, positive, and friendly attitude throughout the job.
- If a radio is brought on a jobsite, inappropriate music will not be played.
- Although we will do everything in our power to treat your floors with “respect”, we have to wear rubber soled shoes for our safety when working with electricity. In the case of inclement weather, we will bring an extra pair of clean shoes and do the “Mr. Rogers swap”. We will also lay down drop cloths if needed.
- Before power is shut off to a circuit, you will be notified in case you have computers on, etc.
